Christophe Adam is a renowned French pastry chef and the owner of L'Éclair de Génie, a pastry shop solely dedicated to Eclairs. Before Opening his pastry chef he worked alongside Pierre Hermé and Sébastien Gaudard in Maison Fauchon.
