Johnathan Sharp was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on Wednesday, September 14, 1988 to Herbert and Kathleen Sharp. The youngest of five children, Johnathan and his family moved several times throughout his childhood due to his parents' careers as pastors in The Salvation Army. Upon graduating high school from Mayfield Secondary School in Brampton, Ontario in 2006, Johnathan attended The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario and began pursuing a bachelor's degree in music as a voice major. Johnathan relocated again several times following his time at The University of Western Ontario, obtaining employment in Los Angeles, London, and Brampton before beginning studies at Trent University, where he pursued another degree; this time in science with a double concentration in forensic science and psychology. In 2017, Johnathan moved to Brisbane, QLD, Australia where he began pursuing his long time passion of acting. He has been trained in the Meisner technique and received professional training from several industry professionals in other aspects of film and television. He has appeared in several stage productions, as well as commercials, television series, and films. In addition to being a professional actor and musician, Johnathan is also an accomplished writer. When he is not actively involved in film in some aspect, he teaches acting and music lessons and works on several music projects. Hide
