With a recent GAP photo shoot completed, two new film roles to his credit, and a 2008 single release with record label, Universal Republic, Josh Gates is definitely the one for America to watch.With his charming looks and natural ability to handle both the mic and camera, Gates is already turning heads this year and has definitely gotten the fans wanting to hear and see more of him.Partially-raised in both cities of New Roads and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Gates made his transition back to New Orleans after completing high school and began his journey down the road in the entertainment industry.It was not until Artist Manager Melvin Foley, took notice of Gates and helped to present his unique artistry mainstream.
