Kevin Oestenstad is a Los Angeles-based, stage-trained actor with credits in film and TV including Dick Wolf's Chicago P.D. and the CBS drama, CSI:Cyber. He sold his first screenplay with co-writer and loved friend Joe Burke in February 2013.
