Paul was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and went to the University of Utah to receive a BA in Public Relations/Speech Writing. He married his wife Melanie, and they moved to the United Kingdom where Paul received his Masters of Fine Arts in Acting: The British Tradition from the Royal Conservatoire in England. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue on-camera and voiceover work. He has four children. Hide
