He is one of the, if not the best point guard in the league, with an ideal combination of quickness and agility. Combined with this excellent basketball I.Q. he is a dominant floor leader and has managed to make the hornets into a perennial playoff team. He averaged 24.1 points a game and an NBA best 11.3 assists a game in the 2007-2008 season. He also collected 2.7 steals a game.
